Meet the Team
Rainmaker Property is property professionals Karen Baldwin and Scott Ellis. The pair are some of Australia's most active and successful property renovators and developers, having completed in excess of 70 projects in the past 10 years.
Karen Baldwin
Karen is a highly experienced renovator, property coach and speaker, She was the keynote speaker at the inaugural Flipping Houses Australia 3-day workshop early in 2020 and is regularly interviewed on various property programs and podcasts.
She has coached hundreds of people on how to buy, renovate and develop property profitably and is studying to become a Qualified Property Investment Adviser.

Scott has worked in the property industry for nearly 20 years and has helped to facilitate hundreds of real estate transactions.
He has undertaken extensive property development and business management studies and is passionate about renovating.
