Our Team

Rainmaker Property is led by Karen and Scott — two of Adelaide’s most experienced and active property renovators and developers. Since 2012, they’ve successfully completed more than 80 projects, earning a reputation for transforming tired homes into fresh opportunities.
 

Karen is a nationally recognised property and renovation coach who has guided nearly 200 clients toward their own renovation and development goals. She was the keynote speaker at the inaugural Flipping Houses Australia three-day workshop in 2020 and is regularly invited to share her expertise on leading property podcasts.
 

Scott brings strong development knowledge backed by extensive property studies and a Diploma in Business Management. He oversees the day-to-day management of Rainmaker’s projects and is the first point of contact for homeowners—providing clear, straightforward discussions and fair negotiations throughout the process.
 

Together, Karen and Scott combine practical experience, industry insight, and a hands-on approach to deliver property solutions that are both professional and personal.
